Shan Shan Noodles - Parsippany

I usually don't like noodles, but I really enjoyed the texture of these hand-pulled noodles as they were chewy and not soggy at all. I loved the flavor of the cold chicken and the lamb burger was so good too. Service was also nice ????

My favorite local spot and it?s always busy even on weekday night. Do get the dry noodle spicy, full of flavors, but totally worth it!

The mark of an authentic Chinese restaurant is that they have chilly oil on every table and this restaurant did. You will enjoy great authentic Chinese food here. Great stuff and at a reasonable price. Do try the soup bao, the hand made noodles in spicysauce and the overall experience is a good one.

Recently reviewed by the New York Times and an absolute gem of Parsippany! I love the lamb noodle soup here the thick hand pulled noodles are delicious and perfectly chewy. Broth is so fragrant with so many lamb chunks that you will not leave untilyour bowl is empty.

Small spot with delicious noodles. I had the beef noodle soup with thick noodles it was perfectly cooked al dente and the broth was clear and flavorful. The scallion pancake was good and not too greasy the beef rolls were yummy and slightly sweet.
