La Terrasse Vedettes de Paris

Came in for a meal after a boat trip on the Seine as right by the river, as greeted by a waitress and seated straight away as not particularly busy. After about twenty minutes nobody had come back to us for either drinks or food orders despite us closing the menus and pointedly looking across at the staff. We then noticed that three women who had come in after us, had been seated and their order taken and yet still nobody had cone to our table. Several staff walked past our table or were talking by the entrance.Given that the food we had selected would mean a bill of around 80/90 euros we decided to get up and leave (I was not prepared to be ignored and then pay that amount for the privilege) The staff looked a bit surprised as we left (after over 25 minutes from being seated) and I just remarked 'too slow' Certainly wouldnt bother coming here again.

After a small walk restaurant at the foot of the night eiffel tower it is superb. staff very nice and listened

After a beautiful day at the Eiffel Tower my girlfriend and I were ready for dinner. We sat down and were quickly greeted by our friendly waitress for the evening. Service was great and our meals came quickly. That was when it all changed for the worse. Our heads jolted abruptly as we heard a scatter of plates clashing and employees shouting. On a relatively calm night, it seems we were awkwardly placed between a disgruntled employee and his deeply rooted anger issues. What devastated us the most was that our wonderful waitress seemed to be unjustly to blame for this lunatic's issue. As heads turned to the entire dining area's amazement, we found ourselves in the middle of an incredibly awkward, full blown temper tantrum. Our waitress handled it incredibly well but I suspect it would be in this restaurants best interest to remove the pizza man from any further employment. His anger issues took the wind out of the sails of our otherwise beautiful evening. Would suggest you stop by assuming Popeye is no longer employed here. -Josh from Canada

We had the BEST server since we've visited Paris and the pizza chef was so mean to her. He refused to make pizza's if she was taking them to customers AND threatened to throw plates at her. I felt so bad she was so sweet and didn't deserve that. The restaurant is lucky to have a bilingual, caring server like her- I would have enjoyed the experience so much if he was not there! Cannot believe they have such a terrible person on their staff.
