Au Reve - Paris

We ate here during our recent stay in Montmartre and we really liked it to be very authentic and local (I haven't seen any other tourists).

That's exactly the kind of place you want in your neighborhood if you like to drink and talk and talk and drink, maybe take cheese or a crunch

There was the best duck jam in here. was left to want more. and the service was amazing

Le restaurant dans lequel nous devions manger était fermé, nous avons donc fini au rêve pour ne pas marcher trop longtemps. Tartare d'avocat/saumon, salade mesclun et pommes de terre grenaille. Tout était très frais et en quantité plutôt généreuse. Ce jour là un peu d'attente car une personne en cuisine et une personne en salle seulement, mais c'est excusable exceptionnellement aux vues du plat. Petit plus : pain de très bonne qualité (et non pas coupé à la main comme j'ai pu le lire précédemment).Je reviendrai si besoin en passant dans le quartier.

Lovely cafe near Montmartre. Just a snack of soup,apple pie, fruit juice went down well in very warm weather. Recommended.
