Jack In The Box - Paramount

The food was horrible. My burger did not taste good. Seems like my fries were fried in some unusual oil and the vanilla shake had so much gooey syrup in it that I threw it away. Hopefully other jack in the box locations are better. Steer away from this one

Drive through is the worst. It would of been faster to drive somewhere farther. I ordered a salad and they say they are out of chicken I said it was okay yet they still were trying to charge me the same price yet trying to give me an incomplete item are you kidding? You are gonna charge me for chicken and not gonna give me chicken?

This is the worst customer service from all the jack in the boxes I have gone. I have gone 4 times and 3 times they messed up on my order, but I didn't notice till I got home. The most recent time I went they actually got my order right but didn't give me ketchup I asked 2 times and they didn't add any. Not only that the customer service is really bad, no people skills. I just needed to share my experience.

Some Asian ladies was really rude with me for no reason she didn't offered kepchup o nothing and sandwich with no kepchup it's no the same all I said if she was in a bad mod just stay home is alot people that really want to work and is not Good work in customer service with that actitude. I couldn't enjoy my spicy chicken couse it was dry

I placed a pick-up order, but it was completely wrong—nothing close to what I had ordered. After that, I went through the drive-thru and had to explain the situation to the manager, even though I had just received the order seconds earlier. Eventually, they took my receipt and checked the bag they had given me. They realized that it was incorrect and finally agreed to provide me with the right order, which looked good once it was all sorted out.
