Barbecue Shack East - Paragould

Hate to be “this” person.Came through drive through. Ordered fries and a sandwich. Pork was cold, bun was soggy, potato was microwaved lol. No coleslaw. Asked for my bbq sauce on the side and it was a quarter full. Very upsetting. Shack fries were amazing. No complaints there.

The food is almost not worth the wait. Pull up at the first window wait 5 minutes they take your order drive around to the second window wait 20 minutes recieve your food.. they definitely need a better way to go about things because this isn't

Really pricey, my baked potato was put in microwave and the cheese on it clumped up, shrimp was hard and dry, the only think good we ordered was a pork steak (2) and one of them was hot and the other was barley warm....for $70 I did not expect this at all...I will not be back. Go spend your money else whereWheelchair accessibility: Not any room for a wheel chair, but do have ramps

Been going here a lot more since I was introduced to the shack fries. They also have a really good homemade BBQ sauce.Parking: It's just in a really awkward spot for parking. Doesn't detract from the food though.

I usually enjoy this place and would recommend it, but my experience tonight was quite disappointing. The customer service was not just subpar; it was unacceptable. I waited at the drive-thru window for at least 10 minutes, during which time two cars left in frustration. Eventually, after several passes, the cashier finally stopped and opened the window—not to greet me, but to inform me that it would be at least 30 minutes. When I asked what the issue was, she rolled her eyes and replied that there were only two staff members working that night. I was tempted to let her know how I felt, but instead, I just said "no thank you" and drove away. To make matters worse, I could hear the people in the car behind me yelling at the cashier for the long wait and the lack of communication.
