Toll Road - Panamint Springs

The restaurant has a lot of character. We took a break there during our trip to Death Valley and enjoyed the buffet, which included both sweet and savory dishes. However, one downside was the extremely low air conditioning. We walked in sweating from the heat outside, but the indoor temperature was quite chilly. The owner was unwilling to adjust it. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 5.

The food was decent. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The ambiance of the place is truly impressive. Overall ratings: Food: 4, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I waited for 5 minutes to be seated, but no staff member approached me. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Literally in the middle of nowhere. Honest fresh dishes. Simple recipes but well prepared. Recommended to eat well in Death Valley for a normal price! Dietary restrictions: Lactose free was no problem at all. The dishes on the menu are converted to lactose-free. In our case, the baked salmon.
