This family-owned restaurant consistently delivers fresh, delicious food. Whenever I visit the Stanford area, it’s our go-to lunch spot. Today, I had the plate of asada fries, and it was fantastic! Just a heads-up: the restaurant can get busy, so you might have to park on the street sometimes.

Attention to those with onion allergies: exercise caution, as they add raw onions to their quesadillas. This is the first time I've encountered onions in a quesadilla, and my wife, who has also never seen this in her extensive experience (that’s a combined 90 years of ordering quesadillas in the Bay Area), confirmed it. I’m sure the dish is delicious, and my wife mentioned she would love to have one, but unfortunately, I am allergic to onions. Overall, the food is excellent!

The carnitas tacos are really good! I’m also a fan of their green salsa. Prices have gone up a bit over the years but still not bad. Last time I was there they also offered a cash discount. But main takeaway: try the carnitas. Dietary restrictions: Can customize taco toppings on request

I heard a rumor the wash money for the cartels. Lol. But it's really good. I enjoyed the shrimp I aye. And the birrera tacos are really good. Worth it.

This was my third time here and I won 't give them another opportunity. At 10am I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and was told they were out of potatos. A few minutes after ordering I see the flat grill full of potatoes being cooked. When I asked why she told me they were out she explained, they 're not out of potato it just costs $2 extra per burrito. What? Why? The menu says, potato, egg, cheese and choice of meat so an upcharge at that point is dishonest and feels very underhanded. So I obviously wasn 't going to pay $17 for a breakfast burrito after that so I just stuck with rice. Well that 's exactly what I got... 2 rice burritos. The attached pictures are of my burrito at 1/3 eaten and then again at 2/3 eaten. 95% rice. I never tasted chorizo, never came across cheese and barely saw a tiny bit of egg. My other visits to this location had similar problems. I 'll add: the tacos are pathetic here. ZERO value for the money in my opinion.
