The menu lacks standout dishes, and some options are simply disappointing. The waitstaff's service seems more reminiscent of a fast-food experience than a proper dining setting. I have no intention of returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, as there are far better choices available. Moreover, the chef becomes quite defensive if you mention that the soup is lukewarm or that the noodles are too spicy. He insisted that the soup was served at 180 degrees and referenced his Texas roots, known for their spicy cuisine. However, he wasn't approachable enough for me to express that the soup at our table was actually cold, particularly since he is now cooking in Colorado.
