Wendy's - Palm Desert

My experience was disappointing. The fries were burnt, old, and soggy. The chicken wraps were tiny, resembling items from a dollar menu, and they forgot both my frosties and condiments.

The food arrived cold, and the quality was disappointing; the burger was incredibly small, which made for a bad experience overall. Additionally, DoorDash's service has deteriorated over time, so I definitely won't be using it again.

Our baked potatoes were overcooked and brown. We also didn’t receive any butter or sour cream for them. The two burgers were not prepared as we ordered; they had all the wrong toppings, almost as if we received someone else's order. The only thing we enjoyed were the Frostys.

They put shredded cheddar cheese in my hamburger. Disgusting. I threw it away. How in the hell can they get something wrong like that?

I appreciate how Wendy consistently brings creativity to her menu by introducing new items. Be sure to try their lemonade mixed with tea for a delightful twist on the classic Arnold Palmer. The atmosphere here is pleasant, and the staff is very respectful.
