The Fix On El Paseo - Palm Desert

I've never had pasta sauce as delicious as the one on my dish at this restaurant, even compared to the homemade sauce we make at home. My wife's Caribbean sea bass was also amazing, with a fantastic sauce to accompany it.

We had a fantastic time dining outside on the patio. Our waiter JP was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was excellent! While we were there for dinner, we also noticed that the lunch menu looked delicious.

The service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. Our group of 7 all had complaints. The waiter was extremely inattentive, never refilling water glasses and forgetting condiments after being asked multiple times. Leftover meals were thrown away instead of being packed in take-home boxes. To make matters worse, we were required to pay a 20% gratuity for such terrible service. The noise level was also unbearable, making it difficult to have conversations. None of us will be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Good food, horribly slooooow service. 30 minutes to get drinks, 45 for food and another 30 for our check. Rally took away from the experience

The outdoor seating is pleasant and the staff are exceptional. They are especially good at following through on special requests.
