Chuck E. Cheese - Palm Desert

I would put a zero if I could. I waited over 30 minutes for onnnnneee pizza so I went to ask. She said I had to wait another 30 more minutes. She said there were parties and I had to wait for them to get their pizzas first. One of the other employees laughed. I said I wanted my money back I was not going to wait for the party guests to get their pizzas. Thats rediculous. So if you dont reserve for a party your are not priority. So unprofessional. Waste your money somewhere else.

My wife and I said no more!. Never again will we go here. It 's way too expensive now. It just doesn 't seem right for an overpriced pizza and game play.

We had such an amazing experience! We had my daughters 3rd birthday there and everything was perfect! Stephanie went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed! She also sang songs and played with all the kids! I've never had this much help at a birthday party! She made it so easy and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday for my daughter! Thank you again Stephanie, you were perfect!
