Last night, I ordered the prime rib and was very disappointed. Half of it was fatty, and when I voiced my concern, the response I received was to just take a bite. I was not pleased with the meal at all.

I had a fantastic experience! The food was plentiful and tasty, the service was attentive, the prices were fair, and the atmosphere was just to my liking.

Although it was a bit on the expensive side, both the food and service were exceptional. The portions of pasta were quite generous.

Eventually, I decided to speak up and said, "Hello?" She looked up and responded with a somewhat dismissive, "Hi? How can I help you?" I wasn't surprised by her attitude. I introduced myself and mentioned that I had just opened a water ice store down the street. I explained that we could provide ice for emergencies and also offer delivery services. She simply nodded and said "No," without taking my business card, claiming they would never need us because they had their own machines. I understand that, but there are definitely more polite ways to communicate such things than being rude right from the start. Fortunately, as I was leaving, a man from the back gladly accepted my card and told me it might come in handy for them. He even thanked me! The kitchen staff seemed to have a much friendlier vibe, far more welcoming than the unpleasant woman at the front. She really needs to reassess her attitude.
