Great waitress. I got my food amazingly fast. Maybe I just went on a good day or at a good time. The chicken and broccoli casserole was delicious. It was a very good experience. The waitress her service was fine. The food was mediocre at best, apparently due to instructions by the General Manager who, after I sent half-cooked bacon back to actually be cooked said, that this half-cooked bacon was the "New Standard we don 't do Crispy bacon anymore! The blueberries in my pancakes were all pumped in one spot, 90% on one, 10% on the other. This was not the waitresses fault. It is the GM 's fault, but I told her that me And my family will be finding a New Standard restaurant to go to that actually gives a damn about what their customers want. I have been to a lot of CB 's many other chain restaurants all around the country for many years. This was the Worst display of Management ambivalence disconcert that I have Ever experienced anywhere but I will probably be back, just to test them for concern again.
