The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf

Decent coffee but service not as good as other coffee bean locations

Waited 26 minutes for coffee. When I asked them about it they casually said oh we must have skipped you! I saw people have the same issue which is what prompted me to ask about the order. Don’t come here if you’re headed to class. Thankfully I didn’t but I could see the frustration in other students as their orders were being skipped or taking longer than it should.

Waited 20 mins for a burnt plain bagel and hot chocolate. Everyone who came after me left and I had to remind them about 3 times that I was still waiting. No apologies whatsoever for the delay.

I dropped coffee as I walked out of this place and they were happy to offer a refill! Such happy and gracious people working here

Great Service and always love my matcha green tea ice blended with soy!
