Second time different date thinking that will be a manager or something! but turns out he was the manager! Omg he told me to call instead and that will help me! He didn't even know where to go from the app. I'm calling customer service standing there for a while, while making the order online! The order location were far from where I live! After I figured out myself I suggested to the corporation/franchise to do a technology phone app. to be updated in the system they need to be trained 2022 come on!!! They should know by now and the rest of employees!!! ????
The pizza and chicken poppers were delicious! The staff was friendly and our order was done quick!

I was familiar with the Papa John’s on 4th Street because I had previously stopped by Salud Juice Bar nearby. However, I stumbled upon the Papa John’s on 7th Street while driving for another reason. The exterior looked promising, suggesting a bit more space that might accommodate a table or two for enjoying pizza. Unfortunately, I later discovered that, like most Papa John’s, it’s mainly a carryout place unless you opt for delivery. Located on the south side of 7th between Termino and Ximeno, there’s a noticeable sign on the sidewalk with a big arrow pointing to the entrance, so you really can’t miss it. The parking lot is relatively large for the area, but don’t expect it to be roomy. If the lot is full, you can try the next lot over, but it’s a bit smaller and primarily serves the neighboring businesses like 7-Eleven, China Wok Express, or Ham ‘n Scram. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup time and took a quick look inside 7-Eleven and Ham ‘n Scram before heading to Papa John’s. I arrived slightly early, and one of the employees asked if I was picking up an order. After confirming my name, it took a while for my order to be retrieved. I thought I saw my Papadia sitting on a shelf, but he needed to check something in the back before ringing me up. When I reached the register, there was a bit of confusion; my total showed up as zero, which the employee thought was a glitch. I showed him my email confirmation indicating I had used a promo code for my online order. A few moments later, he handed me my complimentary Papadia and some napkins after I requested them. At Papa John’s, they offer regular Papadias, Parmesan Crusted Papadias, and the new Doritos Cool Ranch Papadias. Unfortunately, the promo code only applied to the regular flavors. For this visit, I chose the Italian Papadia, which includes Alfredo sauce, cheese, Italian sausage, salami, and banana peppers. All Papadias come with a choice of one of ten dipping sauces—choose wisely! Since there’s no seating available at Papa John’s, I had to take my Papadia back to my car on this hot October day. Upon opening the box, I was a bit disappointed to find it wasn’t wrapped inside, which could have improved its presentation. Nevertheless, I tried to keep a positive attitude as I enjoyed the Papadia, especially with the Zesty Dipping Sauce that I hadn’t noticed previously on their website. The Zesty Dipping Sauce turned out to be really enjoyable! The Italian Papadia itself was decent, but I think it would have been quite bland without the dipping sauce. I found it a bit tricky to dip the Papadia into the small sauce cup, which caused me to drop a few toppings—but thankfully, they landed back in the box and not in my car. To my surprise, they also included a pepperoncini pepper with my Papadia, which was a nice touch, even though I’m not a big fan of those peppers. After finishing my meal, I felt thirsty and needed to grab a drink elsewhere. Overall, the Papadia was warm and nicely baked, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression on me.
