Mcdonald's - Othello

They remade my order when my dasher was two hours late for it, everything was amazing thank you guys

The chocolate shake wasnt chocolate it was vanilla and it was more like juice not shake. also cookies missing from bag

Ordered 20 spicy nuggets and received 20 regular in the spicy carton.

This is virtually the only reliable fast food restaurant in town. Taco Bell is hit or miss (though it is more hit, than miss) and Burger King is laughingly ridiculous. The Subways (both have deplorable ratings) are actually worse than Burger King. McDonald's is usually fast, food is freakishly delicious, and the staff are refreshingly nice. Safe the pain--just go here.

After reading the previous reviews, I must assume that something has changed. Recently stopped in 3 different times on our trips through the area, and it was great! Customer service, orders were right and everything was put together picture perfect and hot. Our last stop, we ate inside and it was the cleanest McDonalds I saw. My husband is in love with her Jalapeño McChicken, so it's our lunch break now when we travel across the state.
