The Pies Guys Pizzeria Fish Fry

I like the food when it's delivered. Order last night through doordash. Order was never delivered. Tried calling restaurant, no answer. Called the next day and was told they weren't the manager on duty and they didn't know what happened but they couldn't help. Have order here before with no issue. Sad they couldn't resolve this issue.

Don’t know how good the food is. Called in a pick up order to find they didn’t even cook it. Girl said no one ever gave her the order. On the way out dismayed, she asks, so you want to cancel order??? If she didn’t have order what is it she is canceling? Very upset as 5 pizzas are sitting in display, no one in store and she seemed to be the only one there. It was quiet at 1:45pm. Thus the 5 stars for Atmosphere.

The charbroiled wings were outstanding, and the pizza was generously topped.

This place used to be great, but now it feels like they never change the cooking oil or the food is fried for too long. I ordered a fried clam meal, which didn't even come with a side dish. The clams were all dark and tough. I also got onion rings, and they were just as disappointing. There was no tartar sauce, only a ranch dip, which was a letdown. Overall, it was a terrible experience. It simply isn’t worth the money or the drive to Oswego to pick it up.

I ordered a New York-style pizza, and it was quite good with large slices. I also tried the garlic wings, which were decent. For dessert, we had fried raspberry cheesecake, and it was delicious. The pizza was slightly greasy because of the pepperoni, but overall, I enjoyed it.
