Subway - Oswego

Worker here on 12/14 did not have an apron on or a visor and gave my brother and myself some condescending attitude. Work on your employees customer interactions.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub today. Got a piece of bone in it. I emailed subway customer service but was told since the chicken is boneless it must be a piece of grizzle. I'll let you decide from the picture.2 stars because the rest of the sub was pretty good.

Just went here today and the one girl working was sitting in the back room engrossed in texting on her phone. I stood there looking at her waiting for her to notice me, and when she finally did she looked back down and finished the text on her phone before starting to get up. I let her start to get up and come out and then left.

Really bad customer service They messed up our order and took the order of the people behind us while we were in the middle of our order. Very rude about having messed up and in general.

Just left subway at Walmart and Jennifer was fantastic never have I had the pleasure of being served by the most pleasant food service employee... keep that woman!!!
