Dam Bowls Grill - Oroville

So DELICIOUS! Steak on the samdwich was so tender. Yum!

They're not many places close to the Butte County Courthouse in Oroville for lunch to eat, this one of the closest and must I say it is quite the place to eat. I enjoy their chicken Caesar salad wrap that is a bit on the expensive side just under $15, but it is made fresh and this is not a small wrap it's on the larger side so you get what you pay for and it includes a drink with fries.

They change their hours as often as they change clothes. The owner is friendly, and the staff is pleasant when he is around, but the service turns rude in his absence. My husband and I have dined there numerous times, and we've noticed that the chicken is consistently overcooked and the tri-tip is always excessively greasy. Food: 1/5

Edit: I called the restaurant, and an associate spoke with the owner before getting back to me. I had purchased nine sandwiches and spent around $200 just two days ago, which is a lot for Oroville. When I called, they offered to replace only one sandwich instead of addressing the issue with all nine. This was their second chance to rectify their mistake, but they chose not to. It seems they don't really care. I've also heard complaints about the tri tip from another customer.
