Bidrage med feedbackMy husband placed an order when we got it, it was badly burnt and I was so disappointed as we paid over $40 for the meals. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with JAY. He apologize and offer to make it right at my convenience. I requested it to bedelivered. I received my replacement meal within a hour freshly made delivered by him. Of this is not grate customer service Idon't know what is. KEEP IT UP GUYS. THANK YOU JAY
On a Monday we stopped in at 11:30 and ordered just a hamburger fries and two sliders. The waitress was alone for whatever reason that I guess didn't think to call a manager in, there was two people at the bar and two booth filled. She brought theirfood out as we got there. We were sitting there and she took another booth order that just came in and another person and thenfilled two more and we still hadn't got our food after 45 minutes. I told her she had 5 minutes and she's said it won't be out!Really! She said well it's not my fault someone called and running late or something. I said that's my our problem but we'vebeen here and other people have their food. I said we're leaving and she says well pay $6 for the beer you ordered. I had icedtea also. We paid the $6 on the table but we never finished our drinks either. We won't be back for a while, The manager issomebody should have been helping until the mysterious person showed up. We always like this place but the last two times hasdone us in.
To be honest, my wife and I have always enjoyed TGI Fridays, but our experience at the Ormond Beach location was particularly remarkable thanks to Holly. She was absolutely amazing—so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Her drink mixing skills are impressive; she makes a delicious Long Island Iced Tea! We truly appreciate her service and wish her congratulations! We'll definitely be back to see her again soon!
The waitress provided excellent service—I'd rate her a 5. However, I have to give this restaurant a -5. The food was terrible! I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it came out rare. The broccoli was undercooked, and the steak and cheese egg roll barely had any filling. The fries for my kids seemed like they were from the bottom of the bag and definitely weren't fresh. My drink was watered down as well. I definitely won’t be returning!
