Bidrage med feedbackThis is the worst tim hortons location I've ever been to. The tables and restrooms are dirty and I observed this on multiple visits. The workers swear at each other while working with customers in the store. I went in last time and one of the lady working there passed a comment loudly that seamed to be directed at me. Will never go here again.
Absolutely disgusting service behavior from so called manager Liz at the drive thru. Argued with us regarding a missing item from our order. When we repeated our order at the window she said we werent charged need to pay. Was also told we are making a big deal of this This is not customer service if this is what tim horton 's stands by, the franchise is bottom barrel. We expect to recieve what we order not the attitude that was giving on THEIR mistake. Liz usedsarcasm mocking gestures to end the conversation telling us to have a nice day For my mom who 's order it was definitely turned off this establishment. Absolutely no words wish I could give ZERO stars as they dont the 1 I have togive.
The service was excellent; Bobby was fantastic. As a vegetarian, it's often challenging to find suitable options, but he took the time to ensure my order was perfect and truly showed that he cares.
The drive-thru setup is terrible; I can’t believe someone thought this design was a good idea! There's a limited selection of donuts and Timbits, and they don't even offer sour cream glazed ones. This is the worst location in Orangeville.
Overall, the service was quite good and the staff were friendly. The only drawback is the confusing layout of the drive-thru, which makes it difficult for trucks to navigate.
