Osmow's Shawarma - Orangeville

Another gem among shawarma places, most of which are quite similar, is this one. Here, George uses organic green peppers and organic tomatoes at the same price, and you can really taste the difference.

The chicken was not cooked properly. It was completely unchewable and seemed like it had been on the pan for far too long. Even the salad felt like it had been sitting out for a while.

The staff here, particularly one woman, is quite rude. She has way too much attitude. If you ask for extra garlic sauce, just watch her facial expression—it's unbelievable!

Am a regular, but was upset when I made a simple request for extra garlic sauce and was met with a questionable raised eyebrow and eye roll. I enjoy my food saucy, it’s not your job to judge someone for how they like their food. Even tipped them and was still met with the attitude- mind you, no thank you was given for the tip. Regardless, I was just sad as my dad loves this place and it’s frustrating when it takes me a good minute to work up the courage to request something, and then given attitude :(Not a nice experience

I see so many reviews about service that I was compelled to write mine. I usually order through online delivery from here but yesterday went in person. The lady at the counter was warm and smiling they did mix up my order in terms of the size (which tbh I was fine with they charged me accordingly) but that lady owned up to the mistake and made it up. It was really busy at their place but kudos to her for going that extra mile.
