Zaz Cuisine - Oostende

Restaurant that has been recommended to me for a long time but I haven't tested yet. Valentine's Day gave me the opportunity. And I'm conquered, that's great! The menu formula at 39€ (entrance and dish on the menu, dessert of the day) just type. The choice of wines is excellent and reasonable prices. Add an attentive and smiling welcome and service and you will understand why I will come back. I had opted for the knives (which are rare in size) with an original preparation onion/tomate/white wine (in place of the usual garlic/persil) which presents the advantage of much better preserving the taste of the shell. A further detail: congratulations on fabric towels!! Of course, it represents a cost but what is pleasant... Bravo!

Afgelopen weekend hebben we kennisgemaakt met dit restaurant... super vriendelijke bediening en het eten was geweldig. We hebben echt genoten van het menu. We komen zeker terug!

Être de passage à Ostende et ne pas faire un détour dans ce restaurant, c’est vraiment dommage ! La cuisine était succulente, l’accueil très chaleureux et convivial ! Merci Francesco ! N’hésitez pas, une belle adresse!
