Charleston's - Omaha

I had a disappointing experience and won't be returning to that location. Our server was inconsiderate and neglected us throughout our visit. I've received better service at Applebee's, even with a server who had limited English skills. It's hard to believe the service quality at Charleston's has fallen this low. I wouldn't recommend it, and the prime rib was just average.

The steaks are excellent and the customer service is outstanding. This location is much better than the "new" one on 144th. There's more convenient parking, a better atmosphere, and improved acoustics.

My friend and I visited for lunch, and WESLEY, our waiter, was the kindest server we could have asked for. He went out of his way to ensure that my friend, who has food allergies, was well taken care of and didn’t receive anything that could potentially harm her. Honestly, I would rate our experience a 10/10 just for how wonderful Wesley was. To Wesley's boss: please give him all the raises and bonuses; he’s such a sweetheart! The other staff were great too, but we didn’t interact with them as much. The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous.

I ordered the pork chops, which I usually love. I ordered medium, they came out medium rare. They were sent back and came back well done. What an unusual disappointment. Isually they are better than this!

The food and service here are consistently excellent. You absolutely have to try the pork chops! Plus, the herb seasoning on the croutons in the Caesar salad is simply *chef's kiss* perfect.
