Subway - Olive Branch

I was so excited to see that the Subway in Walmart has reopened! I've been visiting this Walmart since moving back to Memphis, but the Subway was closed during that time. My favorite is the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich. The young woman who served me was fantastic! Everything was extremely fresh and perfectly balanced on the sandwich. Welcome back, Subway! You were truly missed. Thank you for your service!

The young staff who prepared my sandwiches really went above and beyond! These are some of the best subs I've ever had! Excellent service and fantastic food!

The African American woman working there, who I believe is the manager, was rude and unprofessional. When we requested a change of knives due to a family member's food allergies, she made it difficult for us. There was a back-and-forth argument, which ultimately led us to leave. We won't be returning.

I placed an online order while at work and arrived 20 minutes later, as the website indicated my order would be ready. However, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. After waiting for ten minutes inside the store, I discovered that they hadn't even started preparing my order yet. When I approached the staff to ask about it and confirm the name on my order, I was met with a rude attitude from the woman making the sandwiches. If you're in a hurry, don't bother ordering online to avoid the line, because you'll still be stuck waiting in the dining area while the line moves on without you.
