I ordered the Boss Sandwich exactly as it was described on the menu—without any extra toppings. It was supposed to include meatballs, pepperoni, and fresh cheese, all toasted. However, there was so much tomato sauce that the sandwich fell apart; the bottom completely disintegrated, making it impossible to eat. The staff member should have noticed something was off when she wrapped it up, as the sauce was leaking out, but she still handed it to me. I would expect that level of carelessness from a teenager, not an adult.
The app indicates that they are open until 11 PM, but in reality, they close at 9 PM.
We had an excellent lunch today! The food was incredibly fresh, and the staff provided exceptional service. This was the best experience we've ever had at Subway.
I never imagined I would give a Subway restaurant, especially this particular one, a 5-star review! But it genuinely deserves it! The staff was friendly and attentive, efficiently preparing absolutely delicious sandwiches for my wife and me. All the ingredients were fresh, including the tuna salad, which is quite rare for a Subway. The young man who made our meals was eager to ensure we received exactly what we ordered—something you don't often find at a Subway. We were just passing through and this might be our first and only visit, but if we lived nearby, this would undoubtedly become one of our favorite spots.
The service was lacking professionalism, and the staff appeared indifferent to our needs. The sandwich did not meet my typical expectations for Subway; it was poorly put together and quite messy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
