Marco's Pizza - Olive Branch

What I should have highlighted is that the business chose her to represent them and to prioritize their best interests in order to foster growth and build a loyal customer base. On a positive note, I did meet a very talented general manager during my visit, who would be a valuable asset to any organization. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service while at the restaurant and later called from home after realizing the error with our pizza. It feels unfair to give this Marco's a negative review, especially considering that I've had many visits that would easily deserve a five-star rating. As I mentioned to the general manager, I hope this isn't the standard we can expect moving forward. Time will tell, and I sincerely hope that the excellent service I’ve experienced in the past makes a return.

This is an excellent place for pizza! The restaurant was spotless, and the pizza came out steaming hot. The staff were incredibly friendly, too.

We used to dine at this restaurant quite often. During our initial visits, the food was truly fantastic. However, recently, there seems to be a disconnect in following our instructions, resulting in them preparing the pizza however they want instead. When we picked up our order, the pizza appeared as if it had been left out for hours. We specifically asked for extra pizza sauce, but to our disappointment, we received none. Instead, the pizza was overloaded with cheese, completely hiding the pepperoni beneath it. For our last three visits, they haven’t managed to follow our requests accurately. To add to the frustration, we ordered a drink that was handed to us in a dirty container. As if that wasn't enough, it was July 3rd, and the drink we received was already past its expiration date for July 4th—just one day away. The crust was hard, and overall, the pizza was simply unappealing. I used to love this place, but not anymore.

I use to like Marcos, but now the pizza is horrible. They have young kids in there who make your pizza any kind of way, undercooked, and just look plain nasty. You been warned do not patronize this spot, try Dana Pizza or Papa Murphy instead. Thank me later

Excellent thin crust meat lovers pizza! I called in my order 15 minutes away and was told ?ready in 15 minutes.? I walked in and they were taking it out of the oven! The staff were friendly, helpful and quick!
