Cook Out - Olive Branch

Always love cookout it was a lil warm in the restaurant but everything else was good

Area Manager Jacob was present when I was there ran a great crew while eating our meal inside

New place for us, the food was very good but the ambient music was too loud to hear the order numbers being called out.

I ordered a Walking Taco. Came home to find a bug in the Doritos bag. I went back through the drive thru to take it back there, only for the manager to tell me I can’t get my money back and that I would have to call Corporate the next day. Then he told me to come in. I came in and no one came to the front counter to assist me. Very ghetto and nasty! ?

After my daughter and I received cold burgers w/burnt patties in drive-thru, we requested for fresh burgers. Now considering the wait time, I asked the manager (black guy on night shift) to just redo everything. That manager became very dismissive and inpatient. So much so, I just asked him for a refund..So unprofessional.
