The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Both employees I interacted with were very friendly and engaging.

I've tried going to this restaurant at 6:00 AM, but they were never open. I arrived at 6:30 AM and saw workers inside laughing and looking out the windows, yet they still didn't open. When I finally got lunch, the food was cold. They really should consider closing this place and letting McDonald's take over – at least McDonald's is open and serves hot, tasty food.

1. The team members do not adhere to food safety protocols. They take cash, prepare your food, and neglect to wash their hands or change gloves, and they don't wear hair nets. 2. Personal protective measures are not in place; workers are not wearing masks and aren't following contactless food handling practices. 3. The food is warm but not hot—leaning more toward being cold. I recommend that the health department pay them a visit. It's better to spend your money elsewhere—consider this your warning!

This place is never open at 6am like it?s suppose to be. I?ve came many days in a row around 6:30, 6:45, 6:50 and its NEVER open. But the workers are there .

Drive thru was terrible, the girl didn 't have a mask or gloves was talking with co-workers loud laughing very very loud, it was after 10pm and our order (Burgers and fries) was cold and disgusting. We threw it in garbage when we got to our hotel. We ended up going to Wendy 's , we were so hungry and it was good! I would never go back to this burger king and spend my 's
