Arby's - Olive Branch

The food was excellent! However, the service was quite slow. I never understand why these chain restaurants can't take a cue from Chick-fil-A and Slim Chickens.

This is a roast beef restaurant. Unfortunately, I've visited twice in the last two weeks around 9 PM, and both times they were out of roast beef. They advertise being open until 11 PM, yet I left disappointed and went to Wendy's instead. That's potential business lost for them. I've been a long-time customer, and now I’m reconsidering that... congratulations on losing my loyalty.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even with the restaurant being very busy. The food came out quickly and was delicious!

I hadn't visited Arby's in more than 20 years, but when I discovered they had a new Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich, I couldn't resist trying it. I absolutely love Pecan Chicken Salad! Haha. Anyway, I think I'll start going back more frequently because they have food that I really enjoy. Plus, those curly fries are fantastic too!

I ordered a turkey, bacon, and ranch sandwich on rye bread. The meat was a bit overcooked, and there wasn't enough ranch dressing on it. However, the lemonade was delightful, and the curly fries were delicious. Overall, the service was good.
