Dale's BBQ House - Oklahoma City

Our first time at Dale's. I ordered the sandwich special (sliced brisket) that includes one side and a drink. My side of okra was crispy and the brisket was lean. A turn-off for me was the guy making the sandwich did not use food handler gloves. I ordered a half slab of ribs which were large and meaty. Barbecue sauce is on the table which is mild. Medium or hot may be on a request basis. The wife ordered a chopped brisket sandwich which she declared good If we are in the area and craving barbecue we will likely return. <br

Amazing BBQ great BBQ sauce!I have been to or BBQ places around town and this has been the best. Their meat, specifically the pulled pork, is great. However, their BBQ sauce is off the chart, especially their hot sauce!

Great food. Ribs were as good as any I've ever had. Really moist and came off the bone clean with a good chew. Okra was all breaded and fried in house and it was great. We also had a sliced brisket sandwich that was great. Will definitely be back a lot. The new owner was making the rounds to make sure everyone was liking their food and taken care of.
