Hungry Howie's Pizza - Okemos

Ordered online from incorrect store location. Didn't realize until pickup at the wrong location. Called and talked to a friendly and understanding man very helpful. I'll make sure to give this location future business based on excellent customer experience. Thank you

Took over an hour and 35 minutes to get my food. For a medium pizza. Once it got to me it was barely over room temperature. Was not worth it at all. Especially since I live not even 2 miles away.

Ordered pizza on superbowl Sunday. The first pizza that got delivered was super burned. The store manager Jerry was sooo nice about it and drove me a new pizza himself 20 minutes later! Excellent customer service!
