Gasthaus Brünnele - Offenburg

Typical German menu, not surprising at all. Decent but very basic. Employees are very friendly. Mainly meat dishes with french fries and salad.

Well, I have seen many reviews which are somehow not true for me. I just went there last weekend. The food was well-prepared and simply delicious. The staffs as well as the owner do their job pretty well. I mean very well. The atmosphere is relaxing and home-feeling. It is a good place to have a dinner with family. The price is reasonable and standard. If I have to recommend a restaurant in Offenburg, I would say 'Gasthaus Brünnele' is enlisted. P.s. Especially in May, it is highly recommended to order Asparagus menu. In German it is called 'Spargel.' It is a quality product from the region of 'Baden.' Try it!

Dined here because our hotel had ruhetag. Good meal, nice menu Service was good and friendly, atmospheric interiour. Always nice to eat with the locals :)
