Whataburger - Odessa

Lobby was practically empty and yet drive thru was taking very long per car. Sent an employee out to start handling the long line so I already paid and am sure I?ll be getting cold nasty food.

This location is a joke at night. Placed an order for curbside, employee came out to inform that there was no onion, rings, Dr Pepper, no ranch of any sort, no spicy ketchup. I asked for a refund they said they couldn?t help because it was made online.Literally just gave me the finger and told me to figure it out. What can you expect when the ?managers? are running aroundacting like they are teenagers, they had no answers. Would love it if a real manager can reach out and fix this please.

I was going through the drive thru, only ordered 2 burgers, no combo meal, just the burgers and they said they mixed up my order with someone else's. I was waiting for my order and the line backed up. They proceed to tell me to pull forward and wait forthem to remake my order. I just left. Life is too short for all these so called fast food restaurants that take 30 minutes ormore of your life and give you lousy service, for what, a poor attempt at a burger. I went to Burger King instead and got myburgers quickly with no problem.

I don't know anyone else's experience, but I don't think I've ever had bad whataburger. I can say the same about this one!
