Und Pension Grune Aue - Oderberg

At the old or directly at the bridge over the river and only a few steps from the inner navigation museum is the pension “Green Aue”. the pension also includes a restaurant. the house has own parking places or they are looking for something in the neighboring streets. you can find in modern and practical restaurant or on the terrace beer garden. there is unfortunately a little loud through the nearby road b 158, through the view of the old or even almost idyllic. the menu offers mainly dishes of German or regional good-bourgeois cuisine. besides the determinedness as kassler and pork roast are also fish and wild dishes in the offer. the main dishes range from just under 7 € to 15 €. I couldn't bear the cable-journey (cooked with potatoes and krimson sauce (9,40 €). the waiting time moved in the normal frame. the part was not too lush, but sufficient. tastes good. I had to wait a little long for the bill, but there was nothing else to complain about. the waitress could also help me find the ruins of fortification or of the mountain that is not easy to find. after the “Expedition” to the fortification ruin was then again a place for coffee (2.80 € pots and swept ice cups (4.30 €). but this time too, this was a little time with the bill. but all in all, the “Green Aue” is recommended when they are in orberg. through the retired business there are no fixed opening times for the restaurant. from 11:00 o'clock, 11:30 o'clock.

The Green Aue is located directly on the Oder Havelkanal and was the starting point for beautiful cycling tours on the Or and the ship lift as well as for moonlight tours with the canoe on the Old Or. We slept well and ate well what you want more!
