I always have a great time at this restaurant! It's the perfect place in the desert to relax with a cold drink, play pool, and chat with friendly people. The owner, Shad, always makes sure you feel welcome. New Year's Eve 2021/22 was a fantastic night!

If you're in Borrego or the surrounding area, make sure to check out The Iron Door. Grab a cold beer or wine, chat with the owners Shad, and play some pool. The place has good music and a great atmosphere.

Owner is a jerk. Flung my tab at me. When I asked for a pen to sign, he throw a pen at me. On a $11 bill I tipped him $10. Even my two friends that were with he thought we has condescending. Not worth your time. You're better off driving pass this rats nest. Oh, and that microwaved pizza is not good enough for the local field mice.

If you're looking for the ultimate dive bar experience, this is the place to be. The staff and regulars are friendly, and the location is convenient. It's a great spot to hang out and enjoy a ride to.
