Amalia's Family - Oconomowoc

I ordered the stuffed French toast, but the cream cheese filling tasted more like a powdered sugar frosting—too sweet and rather gritty. Most of the filling was on top rather than inside the toast. However, my daughter enjoyed her skillet dish.

This restaurant is fantastic! There were four of us, and we received all our meals in just seven minutes—what an impressive turnaround! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Our waitress was amazing—extremely friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend paying a visit!

Amalia 's is local restaurant right in the heart of downtown Oconomowoc. It certainly isn 't 'fancy ' however, I can guarantee you won 't find a better breakfast, lunch or dinner selection! The food is all fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and conscientious, ensuring guests are satisfied and well taken care of. I 've never had a disappointing meal at Amelia 's!

It's a little pricey but I definitely am very happy that I found this hidden gem. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food was great. Wasn't easy to find since it's inside another building. Very happy we took the time to find it. If you are in Oconomowoc and want an tasty meal I strongly suggest stopping in.

Very friendly staff and quick service. My family enjoyed the lunch! The chicken and dumpling soup was tasty and homey. I also had the veal parm; the sauce was a bit too sweet for me and the garlic bread needed a bit more salt/garlic. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we look forward to returning soon!
