I just bought a coffee and they gave it to me very empty one pays for a whole not almost half

Lobby was closed so had to order ice cream in the drive-thru. No flavors posted on sign. Got back and I don’t think he cleaned off the scooper because my cookie dough ice cream tasted like mint chip.

Terrible experience each time at this location. 5 years of living in this area and I rarely buy from this store. Always messing up the order and rude customer service! Today they handed us dripping and melted icecreams! We had to ask for napkins and the guy hands over just one napkin nodding his head. Pathetic service.

They absolutely refuse to give you what you order. I tried ordering a sundae with vanilla and butter pecan and strawberries. They proceeded to give me vanilla with fudge. I took the Sundae back and they didn't want to give me the correct Sundae. Another day, I ordered from them through Uber Eats. I placed the same order and of Vanilla and Butter Pecan with Strawberry toppings. They sent me vanilla with fudge. I'm through with this place. Will never order from them again.

Arrived at 10:22 and was closed. Lights were on but no one working.
