Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I do not get to Oakridge often. Friends have told me to check of Freddy's. I was welcomed by a kind gentleman named Mike. He showed great patience with me and answered my menu question. Was nice not to have someone rush me or make me feel like I was taking up their time. Mike is a great asset to your restaurant The burger was fabulous, yes I ate every bite. The fries where thin, crispy and hot. Yes, I will return

Good burger. Similar to a In n Out burger. Fries are very small cut like shoe string potatoes. Not easy to eat and dip in condiment. Custard shake and sundae were really good.Staff need to clean up after customers quicker. Family left with mess on the table and floor. Still not cleaned after 15 minutes before we left.

We thought we were in a hurry. the entire interiors and tables were absolutely evil! nothing had been cleaned or touched who knows when. none of the children who work spoke when the people came to order. it was really sad how this place looked and felt. we love to eat here, but not sure we're going back one.

Eating was quite good, but at other freddy’s sites I have better. also at this point the prices seem to be higher.

Extremely long drive-thru line. four cars in front of us and waited about 25 minutes in the car line. the pommes were unfortunately cold when we got our order. the burgers we ordered were in order and the offers were delicious. the sons of our children were a hit. my man was very unimpressed and called it a generic version of stake n’shake only with better eis. this is probably our 3rd or 4th time from this place, and each time at different points on the day. the waiting time is always 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and for us it is not worth that amount of waiting time. I will say, however, that the workers were fantastic, and for that I will give 4 stars. they were very friendly and funny. eating and waiting is closer to a 2 of 5.
