Bidrage med feedbackI used to enjoy coming to this restaurant. However, I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience today when I went in to get a pizza for lunch. Upon entering, nobody greeted me and the person who came out of the back had a scowl on their face. They went straight to the register without saying a word to me. When I asked questions, they were short with me and made me feel like I was bothering them. As someone who works in the industry, this behavior was off-putting. Despite loving the food, I will now be ordering delivery in the future to avoid the uncomfortable customer experience, even if it means paying more.
There were only two young employees working during my visit. Despite the shortage, the service was quick and the pizza was fantastic. They really loaded it with cheese. This is still the top pizza in the area - it's fresh and delicious. I would choose this over delivery pizza any day.
You can never go wrong with a Papa Murphy?s pizza which is why the review receives 3 stars- customer service 1 star!! The last few orders at this location have been worse than the last. The most recent tops the cake and will end our journey ordering inOak Creek which sucks because the pizza is great and location very convenient however the service gets worse each time. We putan online order for 21in pizza and mini pizza, shortly after order placed I received a phone call, attempted to call back threetimes with no answer. Drove to store to investigate further, when entering there were four young employees closing down thestore at 5:30 pm on a Friday. The music was blaring which made it clear why they didn?t pick up at my three failed attempts toconnect. I was told that they had no dough to make a mini pizza or 21 in and left with a blank stare by the employee. Nosuggestions or recommendations. No dough?as you can imagine I was pretty surprised -it is a pizza joint and still an hour nhalf till closing time-what do you mean you have no dough left. I requested to make a pizza with what dough size they had left.The employee didn?t offer to issue a refund to accommodate the order change. As I waited I watched 5 customers come in, receivepoor customer service and turned away with no explanation to closing early, just we aren?t taking orders anymore. As I wasleaving , disappointed with my experience I watched a woman walk in to pick up her online order. She was left puzzled when itwasn?t on the pick up order section, she asked a staff member where her pizza was. His response ?I don?t know? and walked away.I didn?t stay to see how it turned out but apparently customer service is not high on the priority list for this locationanymore. What a disappointment!
I ordered 5 of their largest pizzas, in and out in under 10 minutes. Very impressed with the speed and great service!
We make it a point to visit this restaurant every Tuesday for the special prices, excellent service, and delicious pizza.
