Stephanie's BBQ - Nutley

One of my favorite places to order from or dine in. It is a bit pricey, but the food is consistently excellent. The only dish I didn't enjoy was the roasted chicken, as it was dry. However, that was just a one-time experience, and I wouldn't say it's always like that. Everything else deserves two thumbs up!

I typically don’t enjoy beef or pork ribs, but these beef ribs were incredible! The chicken was fantastic, and the garlic shrimp were generously flavored with garlic. The sweet potatoes were delicious too. My fiancé is usually quite picky, but he loved the rice and fries. Everything was amazing!

Every dish was delicious from start to finish. I enjoyed the chicharrones with roasted yucca and tostones; they were perfectly crispy and crunchy. The empanadas were fresh and flavorful, and the tartufato was especially delightful and a lot of fun to eat. I'm so glad my friends brought me here! I can't wait to return.

The garlic chicken and rice are delicious, but the portion size does not match the price. I paid nearly $30 for a full tray, and it wasn’t very much food. The taste is fantastic, but I wish the trays were larger for that price.

The sweet plantains werent really sweet and they were a little too black and hard. Beef had too mich fat but it was good. Great portion, the boiled potatoes were SO good and the rice was warm and not too salty. Pork was really really good. Overall not bad for the price, just wish there was a pork platter by itself and not the pork and beef.
