Firehouse Subs - null

I asked for the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and asked for the ranch on the side (they usually put too much). So I receive the sandwich and it has ranch on it. I asked for a remake and this is what I received. I guess because they were closing the jerk didn’t want to remake my sandwich when it was his mistake in the first place. Spent $30 at this place for this type of service. I will not be retuning to this place, only for my refund.

Great subs. Will not go anywhere else for subs. Brought sister there for birthday and she won't get a sub anywhere else either. Can highly recommend hook and ladder. Got recommended by someone from Canada.

You're in for a treat with any of their subs. From a simple meatball sub to their Firehouse Steamer which is my favorite. Sure it's more than subway but once you have a Firehouse sub you'll forget where the other guys are located! Always very clean, great soda selection and chips that most don't carry. A combo meal is the way to go.

The only reason I’m giving one star is so I can give a review. On Sunday Sep 24 6pm at this specific location I ordered Hot Smoke BBQ sandwich and also I ordered a Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich. There was NO Barbecue Sauce and the sandwich was Cold on my Supposedly HOT Smoke Barbecue brisket sub. And on my Turkey Bacon Ranch sun the Bacon was RAW!!! I’m sure NOT all Firesub locations are disgusting like this one and I have a lot of respect and appreciate for the firefighters that own these establishments. But they really need to look into this location because if I could of have I wouldn’t have given a single star to this location but then I wouldn’t have been able to give a review
