Sushi Joint - Norwalk

You're sleeping here if you weren't. great menu! great sushi. many delicious appetizer options to satisfy everyone. the sushi menu is extensive and they will definitely find something to enjoy. there are other non-sushi options that are worth a try. during this visit we had the garlic edamame that was exactly right. absolutely loved the happy crab, that is a creamy filled jalapeno. my 10 years old had the bark yakisoba that he enjoyed. I found the bark to be a bit bland, but the noodles were good. the staff was friendly, the location clean and well maintained. they seem to be a little understaffed, but still we have visited well.

This restaurant quickly became one of my top 3 favorite sushi spots. The sushi chefs were friendly and passionate about their work. It was evident that they truly love what they do, as the sushi and rolls were of exceptional quality. Everything tasted fresh, and the rolls were both unique and delicious. Additionally, they had a Japanese beer on offer that I had never tried before, and it was surprisingly good (I apologize for not remembering the name).

We decided to have a meal at this restaurant, unsure of what to expect. However, the reviews were promising and we were pleasantly surprised. The two ladies who provided excellent service, running from table to table and attending to each customer, made our experience even better. The sushi was delicious and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic sushi. Good service but can be slow if very busy but worth waiting for.
