The server was very good and the food was decent. But the ambience and cleanliness left a great deal to be desired. You could tell the servers were swamped and doing the best they could. But the space is just not welcoming at all. And it was not clean,especially, the patio and the outside of the restaurant. Granted, the overall outdoor spaces of the Northridge Mall are dirtyand pretty nasty, that's just the way it's always been, which is why I rarely go there. But yikes! Take a mop to the floors ofthe inside and a broom and water pressure hose to the outside every once in a while.

Did a quick stop at Red Robin with my daughter. It was not overcrowded we asked to be sit outdoors. The staff was polite. Our server was Rodrigo he was very attentive and friendly. Provide me with a refill on my drink without me having to wait or ask.

I recently had my first visit to Red Robin, and I highly recommend it! They have a diverse menu featuring burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Just keep in mind that everything you order is your responsibility, as I've heard that the bill can add up quickly—something that I was a bit worried about at first.

That said, it wouldn't hurt to invest in a mop for the interior floors and a broom and pressure washer for the outside every now and then.

The staff was friendly, but they appeared somewhat reserved. Our food took quite a while to arrive, and whenever we requested a refill, it took at least 10 minutes. The food was okay; I ordered the bottomless fries, but they didn't provide any additional servings after the first.
