Bidrage med feedbackCame over at around 8:10 pm om Friday 4/5/24 to this location for something quick after work, ordered two Whoppers just the sandwiches and got my total, and he asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. The total came out to 12 dollars and some change and he charged my card a flat 13. Rounded it up without asking or notifying me. I could care less about the amount, the fact that this was BLATANT THIEFT. This raises a TON of red flags about this place and the kind of things that go on there. It might not be a lot of money for ONE person, but who knows the amount of money that is being skimmed like this when people refuse their receipt. This situation is ILLEGAL, hands down.
I went through the drive thru. They got my order wrong, so I gave it back. I had to wait a few extra minutes, but I did receive the right order. The food was hot and delicious.
Was in the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes for someone to take my order. It was 10:46 and I was the only one in the drive thru. I thought the mic thing may have been broken so I drove around to try the other. As I drove around, I saw 2 employees just sitting there on their phones. As soon as they saw me, they went an hid. Which I thought was kinda funny. So I went into the other lane and tried again and still nothing. So I just went over to Del Taco.I thought it may have been a malfunction but This was the second time this has happened. And so I went to see if they were closed online and they were not. While I was checking, I also saw other people have had the same experience so I decided to leave a review as well.
It’s insane to see how the supposed manager has not done anything. I submitted feedback about the behavior of the person in the picture in the black jacket. I came here last year around June/July and asked for fry sauce and she was rude and saying things such as: so what do you want me to say? That tone of voice was horrible. I came here another time and I asked for the manager name and phone number another lady employee didn’t give it to me. My second time was almost the same but with another person that was also rude and it’s funny to see how some kids are hired and try to just be noisy in the back as “support” to their colleagues and they shouldn’t be answering back at all nor with an attitude of I can kick you off my drive-through when you provide business to them or at least have some experience in customer service. The manager needs to fire this kind of people. Maybe even get another manager that can set rules, boundaries and stablish better communication skills and read over the resumes before hiring their staff members.My third time which was just recently and it was quite better at least.Parking: The parking is NOT bad at all. The company still has plenty of parking spots (free)
So I was picking up a DoorDash for a customer cause I’m a top dasher and was picking up an order through the drive-through and it doesn’t make any sense why they can’t hand the food through the window. They had to make it hard and waste time and have me come inside, so please send this feedback to management at that Burger King especially the lady manager there which was very rude and unprofessionalThere there should be no difference whether to hand the customers food through the drive-through or it should be up to us not the stupid policies at Burger King
