We had a great first dining experience! Bob was very welcoming, and the service was quick. The food lived up to our expectations, and we will definitely return.

I absolutely love this restaurant! Anyone who thinks otherwise clearly lacks taste and might as well go to McDonald's if they can't appreciate great food and the hard work of the staff. The flavors in the dishes are amazing. I highly recommend The Thai Lai Krarm to anyone craving Thai cuisine. It offers delicious food, a wonderful atmosphere, and friendly people.

This restaurant offers incredible value for money. We’ve been visiting Thai Lai Krarm for years, and the food and service have consistently been outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making us feel more like family than mere customers. While we browse the extensive menu, we enjoy complimentary prawn crackers. Anything we can’t finish during our meal, we take home because it’s just too delicious to waste!

This is a fantastic spot for pad thai! I live just around the corner, which makes it really convenient. I do have a favorite place in Richmond, but that doesn't mean this place isn't good. The staff here are still gaining experience, but I believe they will be excellent in no time.
