Ruby Tuesday - North Platte

2 stars due to the server and environment. 1 star on the food because our steak was overcooked. They put curdled sour cream on our baked potato. While the staff were made aware of the problems stated above. Literally nothing was done. We were told that the kitchen staff had been told about our issues. One thing is certain we will not be back ?

Great salad bar and delicious food. MaKayla gave exceptional service. Mid-day rush and she was hosting and waiting! The staff was prompt with great attitude! Thanks for a great experience.

I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and fries, but I found the portion to be quite small. The burger patty was overcooked and dry. In comparison, Runza's mushroom Swiss burger is larger and much better; it’s never dried out. My spouse had the shrimp scampi, which arrived cold. She also had to send her wine back because it tasted like vinegar — it seemed to have been sitting out for a while. They did replace it with a fresh glass that was much better. Additionally, our waitress served our food awkwardly by handing it to us instead of moving around the table, which had plenty of space for her to do so. Given the prices these days, I expected much better service.
