Scala Pastry - North Brunswick

This is one of the best bakeries in the area, and it's the only one I know of that makes truly authentic Italian pastries! The cannoli are to die for, and the sfogliatella is absolutely delicious! Yum!

This is the best Italian pastry in Central New Jersey, and probably the entire state. It's located in the historic downtown area of Jersey City. I've been to many excellent bakeries in Downtown JC, and Scala Bakery stands out among them all.

Thanks to Scala bakery for the delicious cake for my daughter's birthday!! My guests ran over it! Also we were in a robbery, with not a cake and in the last minute they saved the day!! So thank u The Scala team for amazing customer service and professionalism. We definitely recommend you!!

Great bakery with loads of fresh baked goodies and breads. I always make the mistake of going there hungry, and buying more than what's on my list. We've never been disappointed with our purchases.

Their service is swift and all the folks who work there are super nice. Their cookies are soft and delicious and their cheesecake is one of the best I've had in NJ. 10/10
