Jcakes - North Branford

We used JCakes for our wedding, and it was a HIT! We picked vanilla cake and then strawberry as well as cannoli filling. My only wish is that we saved some more of the cannoli for ourselves! Our design was simple with added ribbon and flowers, and it was perfect!

Extremely poor food quality and even worse customer service. I spoke with the owner multiple times and was assured that I would receive what was requested. Spent over a $100 for a vital offsite tasting and this bakery had the nerve to package curdled cream and stale cake for alll the various flavors. Not willing to accommodate the customer at all. Had an attitude about everything, especially including the variety for the tasting. We called the owner to have the situation rectified and she would not even acknowledge the situation and take accountability for the bakery’s actions. Such a disappointment and a complete waste of time. This type of customer service is an unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Especially for a wedding.

Professionalism Expertise Timeliness Presentation I wish I had a photo to upload of the Paw Patrol birthday cake created for my godson, however, there was waaaaaaaay too much excitement among the other kids when we brought it out and several Happy Birthdays were sung before they went diving for it. He loves funfetti cake with a vanilla center, while his mom made sure we went with buttercream icing for the win! JCakes made sure it was a crowd pleaser and my godson was beaming on his special day.

On June 28th, JCakes provided my wedding cake. We had golden layer vanilla cake with a mixed berry filling and buttercream frosting. It was phenomenal. So many guests told my husband and I that it was the best cake they have ever had the cake literally melted in your mouth! I highly recommend JCakes!

Best cupcakes around, they're seriously incredible. Try the OMG or the caramel latte cupcakes, amazing!!
