Edit: After providing my feedback, the owner promptly reached out to me to discuss my concerns and was very apologetic. He assured me that he would address the issue with the staff and adjust the operating hours accordingly. I appreciate the owner taking my feedback seriously. Since then, I've returned and noticed a significant improvement in customer service, and I can confidently say that their donuts are some of the best around!

My experiences at this restaurant have been quite inconsistent. The store is supposed to open at 9:30, but on numerous occasions, when I arrive right at opening time, I’m told to return around 9:50 or even 10:00 because they’ve only just arrived and nothing is ready yet. Sometimes I'm welcomed promptly with excellent customer service, but then there’s a particular young woman who never seems to smile and clearly dislikes being there. I understand everyone has off days, but it feels like she’s having a bad day every time I encounter her. I hope she can adopt a more positive attitude in the future, as it would undoubtedly lead to happier customers. It’s disappointing because this is one of my favorite spots to grab a quick snack. It’s hard to find a convenient place that accommodates my celiac disease, and I treat myself to a GFREE donut whenever I pass by. However, my visits to the Robina location are becoming less appealing. Customer service is important to me, especially as I run my own business in the town center. I used to look forward to stopping by, but the inconsistency in my experiences has left a bad impression. I hope things improve soon.

Third time we have come with atleast 45 minutes before closing and not making fresh donuts. Need to improve your customer service and update your times online.

Two girls in the shop. One serving, one wiping. Waited and waited, no greeting, no communication at all. Waited, not even a smile, a greeting or anything. Waited and then left very disappointed. Awful experience.
